The most important meal...Claire is the cook At Willow Pond, and is happy to accommodate special requests or specific diets with advance notice. (vegetarian, vegan, low-fat, gluten free, etc.) Her main philosophy is to start with healthy, wholesome foods and add in enough indulgences to make you feel pampered.  Our menu uses the freshest foods possible, such as eggs from our own chickens, fruit and vegetables grown organically on the property, and as much locally grown food as possible. Claire loves baking her own bread, cookies, muffins and scones.

Breakfast always starts with a fruit course and includes something sweet, something savory, and of course juice and coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Your breakfast menu might include sautéed apples, Claire’s special recipe for light and fluffy multigrain pancakes or stuffed French toast and sausage. Or maybe a yogurt cream fruit parfait, garden vegetable frittata, bacon and cranberry scones. Claire loves to try out new recipes and is always experimenting with fresh ideas.
